Ultrasonic transducers designed from the ground up to operate continuously in extreme environments. Powered by the Ionix’s novel and proprietary piezoelectric technology, HotSense™ transducers offer reliable, stable and cost effective ultrasonic measurements at temperatures from –40°C up to +380 °C and in the presence of ionizing radiation.

In-service Deployment

Reduced profile allows installation whilst in-service and under insulation and weather-proofing, maintaining the integrity of CUI defences.

The inductively coupled ‘passive’ patch allows for the transducer units to be installed without any batteries to replace.

Contactless Measurement

Based on wireless induction technology, TRND requires no additional infrastructure to be installed on the asset. Integrated RFID location detection reduces asset management errors.

Fast data collection reduces users exposure to hazardous environments, increases inspection points per hour, and facilitates reduced personnel on site.

TRND bridges the gap between manned inspection and autonomous monitoring solutions.
