This notice explains how Ionix Advanced Technologies (herein referred to as Ionix) collect and use personal data obtained from users of our website. What personal data we collect

Sometimes, we process your personal data because it is in our legitimate interests to maintain and promote our services and properly administer our business, for example, when you contact us and submit a query or application for employment.

 Sharing your personal data

We may share your personal data with third parties, including:

• government and regulatory authorities, for example to respond to a legal request or comply with a legal obligation;
• suppliers of IT services (such as those needed to operate this website, or cloud services store data) and third parties engaged by Ionix for the purpose of providing marketing communications or services requested by you; and

Retention, storage and transferring your personal data

Ionix Advanced Technologies recognises that the application and maintenance of quality standards in all activities is the key to our success and reputation. The company is therefore committed to a policy to supply products and services that conform to established industry requirements and meet the agreed expectations of our customers.

A key way to achieve this is by operating a Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015.

Additionally, Ionix is certified to manufacture ATEX and IECEx certified products under the relevant schemes, and operates a QMS in accordance with ISO 80079-34:2011.

Senior Management Team is committed to:

• Satisfying applicable requirements by ensuring that customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements are determined, understood and consistently met.
• Continual improvement of the QMS by ensuring the risks and opportunities that can affect conformity of products and services and the ability to enhance customer satisfaction are determined and addressed and the focus on enhancing customer satisfaction is maintained.
